UKRAINIAN ENTRY VISA SUPPORT
General information
In accordance with the Decree of President of Ukraine of July 2005 citizens of EU countries, Japan, Canada, the USA, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Vatican, Iceland, Monaco, Norway & San - Marino have the non-visa entry permission in case the term of their stay in Ukraine doesn't exceed 90 days.

GROUNDS FOR ISSUING VISAS 1. Original (no copies) passport or travel document, both hereinafter referred to as “the travel document”, valid for at least one month after the expiration date of the requested visa and having two blank designated pages. 2. One original Visa Application form per travel document holder - answered completely and legibly typed or printed in ink in block letters, dated and personally signed by the applicant aged 16 or over or by a parent of a legal guardian of the applicant under 16. 3. One photo - recent, passport-sized, resembling applicant's travel document photo. 4. Together with all items listed above the following documents, each hereinafter referred to as “the supporting document”, related to the purpose of entry, must be submitted in support of the Applicant for: Business Visa, Student Visa, Visa for Religious Mission, Visa for Mass Media Staff, Private Visa, Tourist Visa, Transit & Immigration visa, Visa for Humanitarian Mission, Visa for Members of Rescue Serviсes, Visa for International Transport Service Staff. Please note: The Consular Department has full authority to evaluate and request more documents than those submitted by the applicant. The letter is hereby informed that submitting the aforementioned documents does not guarantee automatic issuance of the visa. A regular visa issuance process is ten business days (starting from the date your documents have been registered by the Consulate). In case of need a Consular Officer may request additional documents which would in a better way specify the aim of the alien's trip or invite a certain person for an additional interview. Note: Since only one type of visa is issued per entry, the primary purpose of entry should be stated in the Application form and the supporting document related to this purpose must be provided. Our Agency “Intours-Donetsk”LTD is able to provide you with visa supporting papers for obtaining a tourist visa. There will be documents providing the tourist nature of your trip: a Request-Letter for a visa typed on the travel agency's letterhead, signed by our manager and a voucher (tourist invitation) accompanied with itinerary of your visit listing the cities and /or towns to be visited and the name (-s) of hotel(-s) the tourist will be staying at, exact dates of accommodation with hotel confirmation. The approved length of stay in the visa is determined in each case by the period indicated on the application form but in no case it can exceed the period of time indicated in supporting document.
